Listed here are AUB faculty publications posted in the given period by major database services, including:

CSA Illumina
Index Islamicus
Sage Journals Online
Social Sciences Index
Web of Science

Persons currently affiliated with AUB have full access to most of these sources, on or off-campus. Several databases allow bona fide users to set up periodic notification alerts of new publications in a chosen field, or by institutional affiliation.

In the following, AUB-affiliated authors when the work was produced are in emerald; an asterisk (*) denotes student/resident co-author, where status is ascertained. This list can contain not only newly published documents, but also newly added archive material (if any, they are marked § below) with an earlier publication date. Articles in delayed publications are also included.

NOTE: This is my last update of the weekly compilation. It's been my pleasure as AUB alumnus to research and publish it these past six months.

The number of scholarly publications by AUB faculty posted each week is impressive and, I believe, may be turned to AUB's advantage in its advancement efforts. The weekly list is a quick and effective way to demonstrate the vibrancy of scholarly communication at AUB to prospective faculty and students as well as donors.

Ideally, the weekly compilation can be used to populate a current database of AUB faculty scholarship campus-wide, a kind of "institutional repository" that is searchable by author, university department, year(s), and other reference points.

I do hope that a faculty or staff member at AUB would be interested and step in to continue this initiative. It requires a modest commitment of about 2 hours of one's time each week, a good knowledge of HTML, and access to a host server.
